It all starts here. This is the most important part of this process. What kind of Event will it be?
These are the details that make the foundation of your event. What's the date, Time, Location. How many guests will you have? What's the budget going to be? Will it be a sit down dinner, Buffet or cocktail party? Is this a fundraiser? Is it indoors or outdoors
Once we gather all this information we will start to a ground work for a great event. Now we start to create. How it will look; like the lighting. What would happen; Dancing, Seminiars, Performers or just a showcase. If it an outdoor event; will we need Tents, and Rain date, etc....
This is the part that we structure the event on how things will work. What it will take to produce this event. How much staff is needed. How many hours or days to set up. How long it will take to break down and complete this event.
We will present a plan that has options so you know what can be added or taken away. In the end it is alway best for us to show you what we have laid out for you and come up with an amount that covers the entire event. Either way we will make it work for what you need.
Once we get to a final project goal and create a contract, we will start setting up your event. We start with adding staff, making needed purchases and creating a work order set for your events needs. Seems very simple, but lots of detail, effort and creativeded comes in to play at this part.
After all the details are laid out and everything is in place, we then just pull the trigger on all the moving parts.
This is the time to enjoy all the hard work that comes into your event. Planning, Structuring, Staffing, Ordering, and working your event is what Music Express is all about.
This is most important for those Large detailed events that have many moving parts, like Concerts, 5K Runs, Carnivals, Memorial events, etc.... These type of events have so much going on that sometimes a client wants something to work and it does not always work 100%. Examples are; Let's say that the place the client wanted to put portable bathrooms at was not a great place. For the next event we should move it to a better place. Most important is that everyone here at Music Express will always do what's best for the client and for the event it self.
