IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION

• Applications and payment in full must be received by SEPT 10, 2026.

• Copies of your N.Y.C. sales tax I.D. must accompany all applications. Copies of NYC Dept. of Health licenses must accompany all food applications.

• Vendors will be notified of their locations by text or email by Sept. 24, 2026. Report to your assigned location between 8am & 10am on Sept. 27th, 2026 and a Festival Marshal will confirm your space and issue your 2026 FESTIVAL PERMIT.

• Applications received after Sept. 10th, 2026 MUST be paid via electronic payment with late fee.

• ABSOLUTELY NO FESTIVAL PERMITS will be issued without:
A. Completed Application
B. Payment in Full
C. Copies of Current License
